The case of Kickstarter and the Malaysian “Encik Farhan” may cause concern for those who want to launch crowdfunding projects in Spain. Given this fact, I have asked several Spanish crowdfunding platforms. Some are reviewing their processes, but it is remarkable Lánzanos platform, whose involvement in the payment process would prevent any attempt of similar actions.
